Soleil D Hawaii Bakery first opened its doors in 2013 under the name The French Connection. Proprietors Fanny Esparza Queloz and Mathieu Grandemenge specialized in providing custom desserts, pastries, and bread to chefs, catering companies, and restaurants across Hawaii.
In 2017, Fanny called upon an old friend and colleague, pastry chef Pei Tung Wu from Candy Incredible. They decided to merge their passions and open Soleil D Hawaii Bakery so the public could enjoy their talents, while the business continued to grow as a wholesale provider of local food service and retail businesses. From the smallest fruit tart to high-volume bread orders, our devotion to what we do comes through with every delicious bite you take!
